2. Description of Services

United Tutoring provides educational tutoring services, including but not limited to one-on-one tutoring, homework guidance, test preparation, and study coaching. Our services are designed to support and enhance student learning.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful educational purposes
  • Treat tutors and staff with respect
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Submit your own work and maintain academic integrity

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or package purchase
  • All prices are listed in US dollars
  • Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in forfeiture of the session
  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate
  • We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to tutor unavailability, with full rescheduling or refund options provided

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during tutoring sessions are the property of United Tutoring or our tutors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

United Tutoring provides educational support services only. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
