Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At United Tutoring, we stand behind the quality of our tutoring services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, which is why we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee.

First Session Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first tutoring session for any reason, you may request:

  • A full refund of the session fee, OR
  • A complimentary session with a different tutor

This guarantee applies to first-time users and must be requested within 48 hours of the completed session.

Package Refunds

For tutoring packages (multi-session purchases):

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund for unused sessions
  • 8-30 days after purchase: Refund for unused sessions minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 31-90 days after purchase: Refund for unused sessions at the single-session rate
  • After 90 days: Unused sessions may be converted to credit for future use

Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly unlimited subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges
  • Prorated refunds are not available for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Session may be forfeited or a 50% fee applied
  • No-show: Full session fee charged; no refund available

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your account email and order/session details

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated abuse of the refund policy
