Important Notice

United Tutoring is committed to supporting genuine learning. We provide educational guidance only—students must complete and submit their own work. We do not complete assignments, take exams, or provide any form of academic dishonesty support.

Our Commitment to Academic Integrity

United Tutoring is founded on the principle that education should empower students to develop genuine knowledge and skills. We believe that true learning comes from understanding concepts, not from taking shortcuts. Our tutoring services are designed to support and enhance your educational journey while maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity.

What Our Tutors Will Do

Our tutors are here to support your learning by:

  • Explaining concepts, theories, and subject matter in ways that help you understand
  • Demonstrating problem-solving techniques using example problems
  • Guiding you through the thought process needed to approach assignments
  • Reviewing your work and providing constructive feedback
  • Helping you identify knowledge gaps and develop study strategies
  • Teaching test-taking strategies and time management skills
  • Answering questions about course material
  • Providing resources and recommendations for further learning

What Our Tutors Will NOT Do

To maintain academic integrity, our tutors will never:

  • Complete homework, assignments, or projects on your behalf
  • Write essays, papers, or reports for you
  • Take quizzes, tests, or exams for you
  • Provide answers to graded assignments
  • Access your school accounts or learning management systems
  • Help you cheat in any form
  • Provide unauthorized assistance during proctored exams
  • Share copyrighted test materials or exam questions

Student Responsibilities

As a United Tutoring student, you agree to:

  • Submit only your own work for academic credit
  • Use our tutoring services as a supplement to your own learning efforts
  • Follow your school's academic integrity policies
  • Be honest about the nature of your assignments and their requirements
  • Not misrepresent tutoring assistance as your own independent work when your school's policies prohibit such assistance
  • Inform your tutor if you're unsure whether certain assistance is appropriate

Why Academic Integrity Matters

Academic integrity is not just about following rules—it's about your own growth and success. When you do your own work:

  • You develop real skills and knowledge that will serve you throughout your life
  • You build confidence in your abilities
  • You earn credentials that accurately represent your capabilities
  • You prepare yourself for future academic and professional challenges
  • You maintain your integrity and reputation
